CSV is an abbreviation for “Creating Shared Value.” This term gained widespread recognition in society through a paper
published in 2011 by Professor Michael E. Porter and Mark R. Cramer of Harvard University. Professor Porter defines CSV
as “an approach that creates social value by addressing social needs and problems, while also creating economic value.”
