American Katerra Joins Governor’s Cup Celebration at the Texas Governor’s Mansion in Austin — and we are excited to announce the above group photo from that day.
On March 2, 2026, on Texas Independence Day, Governor Greg Abbott accepted Site Selection Magazine’s Governor’s Cup — Texas’s 14th consecutive win and the 22nd overall. This honor recognizes the state that attracts the most job-creating corporate relocation and expansion projects, the state of Texas. Texas secured over 1,400 projects in 2025, representing more than $75 billion of capital investment and more than 42,000 jobs created – more than twice as many as the second-place state.
