Once again, we would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the flooding caused by heavy rains that occurred in Kerr County, Texas on July 4th, 2025, and our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected.

As we approach 2026, we have worked hard every day of last year. This year also marks the second anniversary of the company’s founding. We hope to make this year a wonderful one together with all our employees. three new employees in November 2025 and will begin full-scale operations in 2026. I received my E2 visa on December 31st. We are currently developing a green human capital report and a medium-term management plan to recruit new, passionate young talents.

We are also seeking sustainable financing. In addition to receiving investments in our company through sustainable finance, Yamaguchi Heavy Industries, the first Japanese company to join the ” Steel Zero Climate Group, ” we are quickly registering trademarks for Green Carbon Steel ™ and Blue Carbon Steel™, which calculate CFP standards for steel products with a low environmental impact in the steel industry. Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s ” Bigger. Better. Texas ” slogan is based on his economic development strategic plan, and we will also implement this corporate growth strategy.

In 2026, tensions between divided nations continue, with the Russia-Ukraine war and the Taiwan emergency. At the same time, we must continue to transform our business structure based on balancing the economics of climate change countermeasures. We have formulated “Purpose Management 2050” and will continue to grow without losing sight of our purpose through our shared corporate ethics and Creating Shared Value (CSV). We believe this year marks the beginning of production innovation through “Physical AI.” We must balance production innovation with the economics of greenhouse gas emission reduction. We are incorporating the new revenue recognition standard for carbon-neutral management into our CFP system and are also considering introducing IFAS environmental accounting. We cannot resist the current trends. We must restructure our supply chain across the entire LCA framework and revolutionize production while respecting the global environment.

By 2026, we aim to grow to a 10-person team and work on BIM construction services with Tekla Structure, aiming for $1 million in sales in the first year. In the steel-related network, we have joined the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and Responsible Steel™. We will be exhibiting Green Carbon Steel™ at the nationwide exhibition called Powergen at the end of January 2026. In terms of regional collaboration, we have also joined the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC) to expand our local network.

As we welcome the new year, all employees will once again come together in solidarity, sharing their wisdom and combining the beliefs of each employee to grow, leading to further growth and the creation of a solid management foundation. This year, I will continue to push forward with the core value principles of

“Passion, Ambition, Drive.”

“Aim High. Deliver Higher.”

“Do It. Do It Now. Do It until the End.”

to make our dreams a reality.

Finally, I would like to conclude my New Year’s greetings by praying for the health of all our employees and their families. Thank you for your continued support this year.
